Scrip is a fundraising method that raises money for Holy Rosary School without the hassles of traditional fundraisers. You can use Scrip to purchase everyday essentials like groceries, gasoline, coffee, and much more. The Scrip Program is the only fundraiser at Holy Rosary that is mandatory. It has been very successful in generating substantial revenue for our school.
Holy Rosary purchases Scrip from The Great Lake Scrip Center and local retailers at a discount. We then re-sell the gift cards for full face value. This discount or rebate, which can range from 1.5% to 23% per gift card, becomes revenue for Holy Rosary School.
Every school family is responsible for generating $300 in Scrip rebates for Holy Rosary School. Every Scrip card you purchase will have a rebate of 1.5% to 23%. This rebate will be applied to your family account. Scrip rebates can be applied to family accounts from July 1st through the last school day of May.

Scrip is sold in the school office and after most weekend Masses in the church vestibule. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, Scrip is available for purchase during the school day. The Scrip Desk is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Scrip sales depend on volunteers, therefore we do our best to be available at all these times.
Your Scrip Single Order Form is a two page document. The top of the first page has important family information to be completed and a section to identify any special order items you may want. The second page is an alphabetized order sheet with items we carry in stock. Scrip is also available with a Standing Order. You may place a Standing Order on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
